Christine, who has sent several Scottish Redwood locations to Redwood World, wrote in October 2021 "We went to the 'House of Dun' a few weeks ago and I would like to say that these trees have the largest girth I've seen and are really splendid. We were informed by a member of staff that a few days before our visit the House had been closed as Prince Charles was visiting. The Redwoods did look very 'clean' round the root system, as if they'd just been smartened up for the Royal visit. I'm sure Prince Charles must have admired these trees too."
